From 1st to 18 December parents of students in Primary, Secondary, Special and Basic Professional Education attending public and allied centres can request participation in the programme Xarxa Llibres.
Requests for Lliber can be made at the Town Hall from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 14.00.
Students applying for this assistance must agree to keep the textbooks in a good condition and return them to the centre at the end of the course, creating a book bank for the use of other students on succesive courses.
The scheme covers textbooks purchased in 2015; dictionaries, atlases, reading books, digital textbooks unsuitable for re use and complementary curricular material are excluded.
Also exluded are other material such as tablets, computers, rucksacks, pencils, markers, exercise books ans sports equipment.
Application forms can be downloaded from 25 November from the website of Xarxa Llibres of the Generalitat Valenciana, (www.xarxallibres.edu.gva.es), one application form for each student.
It is essential to present the receipt for the purchase of textbooks or the justification from AMPA along with the completed and signed application form to receive this assistance.
