The President of the Provincial Diputation of Alicante presided over the inaugural act, accompanied by the Deputy for Infrastructure, Plans, Works and Roads, Manuel Pérez Fenoll, the Deputy for Culture, Juan Bautista Roselló Tent, the Deputy for the Provincial Home Office Joaquín Ferrando Soler and also the members of Llíiber Corporation.
